Steps to make a slide->

Apply --> Background-> slide layout->slide design

then

apply --> colors- text-> image-> graphics-> SmartArt- shapes

then 

modify all objects

apply -->  slide transition transition- (There are several transitions in MS PowerPoint which are used to do a motion on a whole slide at the same time.)

then

apply -> Slide Animation-

1- Entrance      (all animation under entrance are motion towards inside from any of outerside.)

2- Exit (All animation under exit are motion towards outside from firm place of an object)

3- Motion Path (All animation under motionpath are motion towards the certain way that we like)

4- Emphasis (All animation under exit are motion/trembling/emphasising with various form)

Press f5 to show your slide on display screen
